May 8 Monday

Brought my tape recorder to school. Math- said Racine looked like a wop. Lang threw Christine and I out and gave us a "D" (we didn't go). We went out to the sidewalk on St John's and had a smoke. Lunch- I met Christine, Lesley, Dave [who was tripping again] and Janet in the old place in the aud. Andy came with us when we went outside at the back. English- talked to Jane. Science- Chris T sat with me. He was acting weird, dripping water from the experiment etc. I dumped water on his head to calm him down. After when we got out Chris stood with me by my bus, he wants to try hash (he's not going to drink anymore). We talked about 5 minutes (I think he wants to come with us Friday nite to the Pits if we go).

 

May 9 Tuesday

Math- Lang would not let me stay because I didn't go to the "D", went to the Civic Center, sat outside and in the aud later. History- Ken and I argued which was better: Ken-beer me-acid. Lunch- Janet and I stopped at Woodworking and got Chris T to ask him if his brother could get us hash for Friday night, he said he thought so [he didn't]. Janet and I went to the aud and got Diane, Dave and Ralph, then we all met Lesley and Christine in the back parking lot. We all went to the Civic Center under the trees, talked and smoked. English- duked it, went outside and sat on the grass near the fountain with Lesley, Sandi, Diane and Christine. Sat in a circle and talked. Science- Chris sat with me again. He said he may not make it Friday night because he has to get up at 7 am Saturday. His birthday is September 24/57. After class went to his locker and I gave him a joint free to get him started [evil]. After school I went to rm 500 for the Math "D". Christine was there too.

 

May 10 Wednesday

At my locker in the morning Christine and I were talking (before everyone else came in). Chris T came up and said there wasn't much grass in the joint, I said what do you expect for free. Math- Christine, Chris and I were talking about this weekend, Chris said he probably won't come this Friday (he's playing volleyball Sat) but I said we were going to Gillian's house on Saturday nite, he said "I'll come". Lunch- Janet, Christine and I went to the Civic Center and sat under the trees. Andy came, then Dave and Lesley. Carolyn [?] came and went. We walked people get thrown in the fountain while others played frisbee. Science- Chris with me again, sat and talked. He talked about his brothers and sister, the brothers are 17 +22 (22 in Toronto) and the sister 24? (Toronto). He asked me why I didn't appear at Woodworking today.

 

May 11 Thursday

Dave has a new army camouflage coat, Diane took one look at it when she came in and laughed. Math- Chris said he'd like to go to Ottawa with the Art class. Lang said to me "What should I do with this problem?" and I said "You really want to know?". Gym(spare)-Dave, Ralph and I ran to the Civic Center (it was raining), sat in a little section on the outside of the building [facing the Pits], then for asec inside the pool lobby. We went back to school, met Christine and Diane and sat in the student's lounge. Lunch- Christine and I met Dave and Ralph in the aud up by the doors. Lesley came, we went outside at the back for a smoke. Andy came. Tilden, Fenouhlet and [Fred] Parnell and others were smoking up and wouldn't give us any. We went back in to the same place, Janet and Sue came. Art- Lapa told us to go to different part of the school and draw, Christine and I went to gym 2 and I saw Chris in the gym. Then we went to the aud, sat by the doors and drew that. Science- Chris and I did nothing. He told me he had been in the Army cadets "for ages"[which I found a turn-on]. He said we could come to his house Saturday nite. We talked about smoking weed. nite- went to Fairview with Lesley. I was dragging her around (she needs that). Didn't do much.
