November 3 Friday

B(spare)-Christine and I wandered around, went outside on St John's for a smoke, outside the French room to spy on Ruth [and Chris]. Talked to Sandi at her locker near French. Lunch-Linda, Ruth, Dave, Ralph and I sat outside the rink outside. Ralph took Ruth's shoe. Went in and sat in the student's lounge. Math-functions, Andy sat in front of Mike [Mike Davison was a guy in our class, he had one eye that was two colours divided down the middle]. English-got out at 2:30 because of a football game. The game was in the back field, passed Chris, met Linda and Richard. Found Dave near the Pierrefonds buses. Ruth came, she pushed me in the mud [by accident]. nite-about 7:15 Dave and Diane came over, sat in the basement. Then Ralph came, smoked up. Tilden came and we bought more, he left. Linda came, smoked about 5 splifs. Lesley and Sandi came for about 5 minutes. Lesley slammed the door and the glass broke. They left at 11.

 

November 4 Saturday

At 10:30 went downtown with the old man and got a coat (long and black) and a suit coat. When we got home he drove Judy and I to Fairview, picked up Ralph on the way. Met Lesley and Gail there. Took pictures, got a ride with Judy. nite-Gillian and I got picked up at St John's by Ralph. Danielle and Andy in the car too. Got Judy and went to Lesley's. A girl Mary there ( ) [the brackets are empty in the original, I think I had met her before but forgot to record the date]. Smoked up, went outside for a walk cause it snowed and snowed. Almost fell asleep later. Got a ride with Ralph at 11:30. (PS-gave the deSmits free hockey tickets the old man didn't want).

 

November 5 Sunday

Walked to Ralph's about 1:15, Dave there. Played Hands Down (game). At 3 Lesley and Judy came. Ralph hit me on the wrist with a piece of wood. Left at 5, walked with Lesley and Judy. nite-about 7:30 Lesley came over, sat in the basement. Then Andy, Ralph and Dave came. Lesley and I smoked a splif, the we all smoked. Lesley left at 10:15, the rest at 11.

 

November 6 Monday Holiday

At 1 met Ralph at Fairview at 1:45 met Dave, took pictures. Met Andy and Christine, took more pictures. Then Christine, Dave, Ralph and I went to Dave's. Took pictures with a Polaroid camera. Christine left. At six we walked to McDonald's at ate. Met Sue, Heather and Maggie there. Then Dave, Ralph and I walked to Ralph's, Lesley came. I controlled the record player, played Hands down. Left at 10:45 with Lesley.

 

November 7 Tuesday Holiday

Afternoon fuck all. nite-I walked to McDonald's, met Dave there, we ate, then we walked across the field to Dave's. Smoked a splif in the field. Ralph came, smoked more. Played Hands Down, didn't do much. Left at 11, got a drive with Ralph.

 

November 8 Wednesday Holiday

At about 1 Ralph came over, sat in the basement. We sat in the reckroom by the phone. At 2:30 Danielle came, went to the basement. Watched 'Star Trek', they left at 5. nite-Richard H. came over about 8, we talked in the basement. He left at 9:30.

 

November 9 Thursday

B(spare)-Christine, Dave and I went to the shops, got donuts. Dave got some chocolate cigs. Lunch-Ralph, Linda, Dave, Ruth and I went to the C.C., walked around. Found a huge spider where we were. Went to the student's lounge.

 

On June 18, 1995 Ralph supplied with the last additions from his journal, covering the period between November 10, 1972-January 10, 1973. Fascinating in themselves, they highlight how much information has been lost. They appear in blue type.
